The Binbrook Santa Claus Parade is more than just a celebration of the holiday season - Its a heartwarming tradition that brings the entire community together, shining a spotlight on the people and the businesses that make Binbrook so special!


Our Santa Claus Parade is all about celebrating our community and we love showcasing our local businesses first and foremost. If a local business chooses not to join in or our community does not have your business, we warmly welcome outside businesses to help spread the holiday cheer.

General Requirements

Pre Parade Meeting

  • Not for proftit and schools - no charge
  • Businesses - Minimum donation $150 (platinum sponsors exempt)
  • Please note that if donations are not received within 2 weeks of the parade, the entry cannot be placed in the parade line up.

  • A mandatory pre-parade meeting will be held the week of the parade - date/time and location to be determined
  • A designated representative for your parade entry must attend this meeting. Failure to attend this meeting will result in your entry being disqualified.

  • All float entries must meet the criteria outlined on the application form and subject to committee approval.
  • Preliminary information is required with each application.
  • Please note that Santa Claus or Mrs. Claus replica may NOT be included as part of any entry other than the Official Santa Claus Parade Float.
  • Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis until capacity is reached or the deadline has passed, whichever comes first.
  • The event is rain or shine.
